CAULKING/TROWEL-ABLE/TUBES: (SMOOTH & *TEXTURED *with sand added)  Multipurpose elastomeric sealant is an extremely tough, flexible solution for roofing, indoor/outdoor construction materials.  SJS/SK300 is designed for filling cracks and seams.  It is a non-sag, trowel grade sealant that requires no field mixing and has excellent adhesion to construction and roofing materials without priming.  It is IDEAL FOR MULTI COURSES & ENCAPSULANT FABRIC SYSTEMS.  Adhesion to urethane foam, roofing and construction materials is excellent.  SJS/SK300 can be tinted and packaged in caulking tubes for custom applications.  SJS/SK300 is resistant to “flashing” when painted or coated over and the textured “sanded” is excellent for repairing stucco cracks or seams.
